Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer worldwide shipping for all motorcycle, ATV, UTV, and watercraft fuel pumps and parts:
• Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
• Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
• International Shipping: 10-25 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (promotional periods only).

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some remote areas may have limited shipping options. If we cannot ship to your location, we will contact you promptly.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
