Refund policy

Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Electrical fuel pumps that have been installed or used
• Products damaged due to improper installation
• Items without original packaging or missing parts
• Clearance or final sale items

Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for return authorization and instructions
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective)
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to our error (defective or incorrect items).

Warranty
All SIWIN fuel pumps come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the product documentation for specific warranty terms. Warranty claims should be submitted separately from standard returns.
